The packages do not include:
- Medical treatment for the recipient
- In the case of a double donation: units (and any associated purification or delivery) from a sperm donor or the services related to a known sperm donor
- For a male partner: sperm analysis and possible freezing if the sperm quality is lower than 2 million/ml
- For the male partner: TESE or TESA
The Gold Package commitment ends at:
- A live-born child
- 2 years after the purchase of the package (but if there is a pregnancy at the end of the package, the birth of a live child will be awaited)
- 2 years after the purchase of the package (but if there are frozen blastocysts at the end of the package, these must be used before the package finally expires)
- 3 egg donations and all associated transfer treatments
- If there is a break of more than 4 months between treatments (the invoice date will be used for this calculation)
- If the woman chooses to terminate the pregnancy for a non-medical reason
- On the day the recipient of the eggs turns 46 years old
- If the recipient requests that the treatment be discontinued
Potential package byers and partners:
The Silver & Gold package buyers and partners must be assessed and approved by one of our doctors before the package can be purchased.
If, contrary to expectations, the Gold Package is not fulfilled despite all package requirements being met, 75% of the package price will be refunded.
