IVF

IVF treatment is an option for those who wish to use their own eggs and have them fertilized in the laboratory using the “test tube method.”

A Brief Overview of IVF/ICSI Treatment

At our clinic, we use the latest techniques to assist you with your fertility journey, including IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) and ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection).

In IVF, eggs and sperm are combined outside the body to facilitate fertilization. This is especially helpful when natural attempts have not been successful. The ICSI method takes it a step further: a single sperm is injected directly into the egg.

This method is often chosen when there are issues with sperm quality.

FAQ

Before the initial consultation, the questionnaire must be completed and sent to us. If tests related to fertility treatment have been conducted in the last 6 months, we also ask that you include or indicate these results in the questionnaire. This includes an AMH level, ultrasound findings, results from a laparoscopy or hysteroscopy, TSH level, and semen analysis results—if they are already available. After the initial consultation, we can better assess which examinations and tests will be necessary for the individual treatment.

Yes, that is not a problem, as the regulations of the country where the treatment is conducted apply.

Not in all cases does a cycle have to be canceled due to a cyst. However, if the cyst affects the maturation of the egg in the ovary or the passage into the fallopian tube (in the case of insemination), it is sometimes decided to cancel a treatment.

Yes – after a consultation with our doctors, they will create an individualized treatment plan. This will specify exactly on which day and at what time which medications should be taken. If any questions arise, please feel free to contact us at any time.
